Here are some photos of the surrounding area:

This is a view of Jacob Buck Pond. It is about 3 miles from the property. This is taken from the public boat ramp.

Another view of Jacob Buck Pond. It's a beautiful place.

This is a view of Bucksport Harbor, taken from the middle of town. Fort Knox, a civil-war era fort, is visible across the harbor.

This is another view of the harbor. You can see Fort Knox and the new Waldo-Hancock Bridge being built alongside the old one. It connects Waldo and Hancock counties.

We are selling a 72 acre parcel in Bucksport, Maine. It is located midway between downtown Bucksport and downtown Bangor. (You can see the ad in Uncle Henry's at www.unclehenrys.com. Check for "real estate" in Bucksport, Maine.)

Here is a map showing the relative location of the property to surrounding landmarks:

Here are some photos I took of the property in July, 2005:

This photo shows our property on the right side of the roadway. The property on the left has been partially developed and contains a nice home. You can see a power pole in the left center area of the photo that is available to provide power to the site.
This photo demonstrates the wooded character of the property. On the left you can see the remnants of a woods road that was last cleared 8 years ago. This provides access to the rear portion of the property.

This photo is looking back toward Bucks Mills Road from the road that runs alongside our property. In this photo, our property is on the left.
